Income criteria 2022
Today the income criteria for the highly skilled migrant scheme for 2022 have been published in the Government Gazette (Staatscourant). These salary standards also apply to residence permits under the Intra Corporate Transferee (ICT) scheme. The new salary standard for the Blue card has also been announced.
Highly Skilled Migrants Scheme
Highly skilled migrants over the age of 30: €4840 gross per month
Highly skilled migrants under the age of 30: €3549 gross per month
Reduced salary criterion after orientation year: €2543 gross per Monday
All amounts are exclusive of 8% holiday allowance.
ICT scheme
The same income criteria apply to key personnel who are brought to the Netherlands under the intra-corporate transfer scheme.
Blue card
For Blue card holders, an income criterium €5670 gross per month excluding 8% holiday pay applies for 2022.
